the breakfast was good and had friendly staff i especially liked the complimentary cava in reception it was a nice touch. the hotel was clean and modern i enjoyed my time in the city.
the room i stayed in had a balcony but it was only a juliet type overlooking a central inner light shaft. the hospitality tray was also not restocked every day which was disappointing.

The hotel is located centrally on a quiet street. It made accessing attractions in the city very easy. The room featured good equipment, including toiletries and coffee and tea making facilities. The beds were also very comfortable.
The room description mentioned a balcony, but it was only a Juliet type overlooking a central inner light shaft. The hospitality tray was not restocked every day. (This was a minor inconvenience).

I found a complimentary mini bar in the room. It had nice soft drinks! The hotel's spa access was included with my stay, a wonderful perk. I really appreciated the free welcome drink upon my arrival at the hotel. The roof terrace offered many loungers for enjoying the sun.
The sunbeds near the pool were somewhat limited due to space constraints. I would have liked more options.

The breakfast buffet had a plentiful and varied selection. I found many options to choose from. Fresh juice, pastries, and hot items were available each morning. The quality and presentation were very good!

The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed. They helped arrange an early morning taxi for me without any issues. I also got great restaurant recommendations from the concierge!

The hotel is close to the Alcazar and Picasso Museum. It was easy to explore. Despite its central location, my room was very quiet at night. I rested well. I found the area very walkable and convenient.

the rooftop pool area was acceptable.
The gym was quite small. It only featured a few machines. the air conditioning in my room barely worked, and i reported it twice. no one ever came to fix it. the room was uncomfortably warm during the nights.
